#4489 An Ordinance Establishing a Rate of Taxation on Real Property and the
Taxable Property of Public Utilities for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 through June
30, 2019 (1st & 2nd Reading)
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s
review and approval. This Ordinance sets the property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2019
(July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019) based on the certification by the Board of
Assessment of the assessed valuation of taxable real property in the City and the Mayor’s
estimates of revenue measures necessary to balance the City budget as required
by the City Charter. There is no change to the property tax rate.

System Rates and Charges and Water Rates and Charges for Fiscal Year 2019 and
(ii) Monthly Facilities Charges (1st & 2nd Reading)
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s
review and approval. This Ordinance enacts Water, Sewer, and Stormwater charges
and rates for Fiscal Year 2019. In addition, this Ordinance amends monthly
facilities charges.

2019-2024 Inclusive (1st & 2nd Reading)
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s
review and approval. This Ordinance enacts the Capital Program for the Six Fiscal
Years 2019-2024.

Year 2019.
