#4517 An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2 of the City Code Regarding Official Names of Streets, Parks, Playgrounds, Plazas, Buildings, Facilities, Statues and Monuments, Other Lands Reserved for Public Use (1st & 2nd Reading)
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being introduced by City Council for Council’s review and approval. This Ordinance further formalizes and clarifies the process by which City Council can name or rename facilities by setting forth general criteria for such recognition.

Amendments to the Neighborhood Comprehensive Development Plan for the East
Side Analysis Area
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review
and approval. This Resolution schedules a public hearing regarding the proposed
amendments to the East Side Neighborhood Comprehensive Development Plan
on July 2, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
#4519 A Resolution Scheduling a Public Hearing for July 2, 2018 on the Rezoning of
Two Blocks (Seven Parcels) Bounded by Front, Walnut, Second, and Lombard
Streets from C-2 to C-3 Zoning Classifications
Synopsis: This Resolution schedules a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of
two blocks (seven parcels) of land bounded by Front, Walnut, Second, and
Lombard Streets in Downtown Wilmington (Tax Parcel ID Nos. 26-043.40-051,
26-043.40-203, 26-043.40-055, 26-043.40-054, 26-043.40-053, 26-043.40-050,
and 26-043.40-141) from C-2 (Secondary Business Centers) to C-3 (Central
Retail) zoning classifications on July 2, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers. This public hearing replaces the previously scheduled public hearing
of June 7, 2018 that was listed in Resolution No. 18-032.

Plan with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development including
funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME
Improvement Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and
Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
approval. This Resolution authorizes the Mayor to file the Fiscal Year 2019
Annual Action Plan with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development including funding for the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG), HOME Improvement Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants
(ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
