Item 1 - Resolution 5-14; ZA 539-14: A proposal to amend Chapter 48 of the City Code
(Zoning Code) regarding the conversion of single family residential dwellings to
multi-family uses. This housekeeping measure serves to resolve existing
ambiguities in the Zoning Code by requiring that all single family conversions be
