Repeal Ordinance No. 12-028 being an ordinance regarding the
keeping of livestock at inspection or resting facilities within the
City limits
Synopsis This Ordinance is being presented by the City Council for
Council’s review and approval. If approved, Council would be
rescinding City Council Ordinance 12-028 adopted in June of
2012 that would have allowed livestock to be kept or housed at
inspection or resting facilities in the City that are related to the
export of such livestock from the Port of Wilmington.
