We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming new people into our City. We are also encouraged that many current residents are still in love with urban living and are moving to new locations in the City such as the Riverfront and Downtown Districts. We’ve talked for years about a new Wilmington emerging from the old with new and revitalized neighborhoods. It is finally happening??
