#4815 An Ordinance Authorizing Extension to the Educational Access Channel
Agreement Between the Red Clay Consolidated School District and the City of
Wilmington (1st & 2nd Reading)
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and
approval. This Ordinance authorizes the City to enter into an Educational Access
Channel Agreement with the Red Clay Consolidated School District, to extend the
current agreement for an additional one (1) year period, from July 1, 2020 until
June 30, 2021.

Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
approval. This Ordinance approves various traffic and parking regulations in the
City.

#4817 A Resolution Supporting H.R. 6585 Regarding Equitable Data Collection and
COVID Disclosure Act
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and
approval. This Resolution ask that the United States Congress vote to pass the
Equitable Data Collection and Disclosure on COVID-19 Act, which requires that
data collection on racial, ethnic and other demographic implications of COVID-
19 in the United States, including support to assist in the capacity building for
state and local public health departments to collect and transmit racial, ethnic
and other demographic data to the relevant department of health and human
services agencies.
