Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
Approval. This Ordinance authorizes the City to exercise two (2) One-Year extension
options to extend Contract 20033PW – Street Paving Phase IX – between the City of
Wilmington and Allan Myers L.P.

This Ordinance authorizes the City to exercise two (2) one-year extension options to extend
Contract 20032PW – Concrete Improvements – between the City of Wilmington and
Diamond Materials, LLC.

20037FD Between the City of Wilmington and City Towing
Services LLC for the Provision of Towing and Impounding of
Vehicles (3rd & Final Reading)
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
approval. This Ordinance authorizes the City to enter into an amendment to
Contract 20037FD (Towing & Impounding of Vehicles) (the “Contract”) between
the City and City Towing Services LLC that provides for a one-year extension of
the Contract from December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021 with the same
terms and conditions.

#4875 A Resolution Approving the Office of Emergency Management’s Grant
Application to the Delaware Emergency Management Agency for Funds
Allocated Pursuant to the 2020 Homeland Security Grant Program
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
approval. This Resolution authorizes the Office of Emergency Management’s
grant application to the Delaware Emergency Management Agency for 2020
Homeland Security Grant Program funds in the amount of $10,200.00. The funds
will be used to upgrade the Mobile Command Unit’s existing analog video system
to a system with digital capabilities.

Allocated Pursuant to the 2020 Emergency Management Performance Grant-
Supplemental
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
approval. This Resolution authorizes the Office of Emergency Management’s
grant application to the Delaware Emergency Management Agency for 2020
Emergency Management Performance Grant-Supplemental funds in the amount
of $69,250.00. The funds will be used to support the Office’s response to, and
recovery from, the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Application to the Delaware Emergency Management Agency for Funds
Allocated Pursuant to the 2020 Emergency Management Performance Grant
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and
approval. This Resolution authorizes the Office of Emergency Management’s
grant application to Delaware Emergency Management Agency for 2020
Emergency Management Performance Grant funds in the amount of $480,000.00.
The funds will be used to support the operation of the Office and the Emergency
Operations Center.
